ATTENDING ARCH 2024

REGISTRATION WILL INCLUDE:

  • Full In-person attendance at the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday General Sessions
  • Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, the Imaging & Physiology session & cocktail reception
  • Post-Conference presentation and live case recordings

ARCH VIRTUAL REGISTRATION

ARCH will be streamed virtually so that our colleagues who are unable to attend ARCH in-person will be able to view the course content in real-time and also collect CME credits.

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION WILL INCLUDE:

  • Virtual Attendance at the Wednesday ARCH Special Session and the Thursday-Saturday General Sessions
  • Post-Conference presentation and live case recordings

Note: The Fellows Course will not be live-streamed.

CANCELLATIONS

A full refund will be given provided that written notification of your intent to cancel is received at least three weeks prior to the opening date of the symposium. A processing fee of $75.00 will be charged for all received after this date. The cost of the meal functions will also be deducted from the refund unless cancellation is received 48 hours cancellations in advance of the program. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows

  • Sanitizing stations throughout the meeting spaces
  • Thorough cleaning of the conference rooms and common spaces

ARCH IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

ARCH 2022’s in-person attendance will be held in accordance with all guidelines outlined by the CDC and Missouri Department of Health.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION WILL INCLUDE:

  • Full In-person attendance at the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Sessions, including 10 lives cases, Meet the Experts Session, ARCH Special Sessions, and more
  • Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, Meet The Experts Reception and Cocktail Receptions
  • Post-Conference presentation and live case recordings
